Business Development Director – Agent/ISO Recruiter North American Bancard – Remote (Travel) Our Business Development Directors play a key role in recruiting and developing new Independent Sales Organizations (ISO), Agents, ISVs, and other strategic partnerships. Track record of growing revenue? Skilled in growing a network of prospects to acquire new sales partners and develop strong relationships within the Payments industry? Do you enjoy a collaborative team environment? If you have payments experience, have recruited partners, agents or ISOs And you can bring a strong pipeline or portfolio to the table, and are self-motivated to exceed quotas, you are the Business Development Director we are seeking. Researching organizations and individuals online (utilizing social media) to identify new leads and contacting potential customers via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. You will develop and maintain relationships with new and potential sales partners to promote NABs value proposition and brand image. From attending industry events, negotiating contracts, and activating new sales partners – thats you.
