Evolent Health is looking for an Associate Director, Risk Adjustment Services who will work closely with internal partners and clients to lead risk adjustment, HEDIS and other quality initiatives. Develop recommendations and new operations models as needed, support the completion of client deliverables and maintain responsibility for the delivery of project activities. The role will also have ownership of managing the relationship with the client and market operations team specific to the risk adjustment and STARS/HEDIS body of work. The candidate would be located in the West Coast or Southwest region of the United States or could be remote. What you’ll be doing: Develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients built on credibility and trust. Serve as the escalation point for client issues, ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction. Serve as the primary liaison between central RASQ operations and the client and market operations team; ensuring client needs are met. Develop strong understanding of client risk adjustment and Quality policies and processes to help guide business decisions. Collaborates with market representatives to lead the implementation and ongoing prospective and retrospective operations for risk adjustment and quality activities. Works with market teams to develop client strategies for risk adjustment and quality. Build and present clear and compelling PowerPoint and Excel deliverables that communicate data needs, process steps, progress toward goals and solutions to overcome risks as it relates to achieving the desired outcomes of risk adjustment and quality activities. Identify improvement opportunities and coordinate with internal teams to deliver results Balances the needs of the customer/client and operational need to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Develops and manages project plans for solution implementation, process improvements, and other key changes within the operation Review and understand the operations performance and reports and provide direction to the markets and clients. Qualifications: Required Bachelor’s degree in Business or related degree 2-4 years of experience in health plan or physician practice operations 2-4 years of experience in account management Knowledge of risk adjustment methodologies and models Knowledge of HEDIS requirements Advanced Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel formulas and pivot tables) World-class listening and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, adapt to change and work well under pressure.
