Remote Opportunity – One Year Contract REGISTRY SPECIALIST ? QUALITY ASSURANCE Do you need the flexibility to work from home? We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Specialist that will be responsible for calling our current Registry caregivers to confirm their availability to work for Registry clients. You will be updating their availability, proving updated current information, closing files and providing reports to management. Individual should have strong telephone communication skills, be interpersonal, display professionalism, and exhibit good written skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish is needed for this position.
