Bring along your passion and do your life’s best work.(sm) The 340B CRM – Optimization Specialist is responsible for independently performing a variety of data analytics from internal and external resources to support the 340B program. Will apply tactics to identified business problems and existing processes in order to assist with decision-making and to increase sales, profit, market share and achieve program goals. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: Performs tasks of management, supervision, control and decision making of the Optimization Team and represent them in management discussions Develop and execute annual Business Plan and on-going growth strategies for Group Improvement Owns the responsibility of optimization activities including claim capture, program expansion, providing sales / product information, liaison with other department heads, vendors, customers and affiliate companies Manages and mentors Optimization Team including performance reviews and development Develops and maintains KPI reporting as well as backlog and open item reports Ensure appropriate staffing at all times Performs miscellaneous assignments and special projects as required by director Develop and foster working relationships with internal business colleagues and counterparts to facilitate productive exchanges of information Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of business processes pertaining to all aspects of the 340B program; coach analysts in the development of solutions and resolution of complex data analysis; monitor analyst workflow to ensure deliverables are being met You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: 1 years of 340B experience 1 years of Client Relationship Management experience 1 years of data analytics experience (identifying trends and identifying opportunities and driving outcomes) Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook Able to Travel up to 10% of the time Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Experience with Tableau and SalesForce Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems as it related to 340B Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining when escalation of issues is necessary Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and to meet deadlines and deliverables as requested Soft Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong Time Management Collaboration Skills – working in a Matrix Organization Continuous Improvement mindset by taking proactive approach to improve processes (continuous learning) Careers with Optum.
