Hinge Health has raised $126M to date and has 300 employees across our San Francisco, Portland, Minneapolis, Chicago, and remote offices. We are looking for a leader and an operational guru to join us towards building out our Delivery Operations team. The team operates at the cross-section of our Coaching, Clinical and Client Success teams in order to ensure continuous balancing of supply and demand for all our programs. Given that, the individual in this role will be a leader within Hinge Health with the opportunity to drive a big impact by building out a line function as well as operating cross-functionally. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in operations with a demonstrated ability to build a team and scale a function. We are looking for an individual who can see the “big picture” but is also willing to roll up their sleeves to continuously improve every detail of day to day operations. WHAT YOULL ACCOMPLISH Capacity planning: Maintain short-term and long-term balance between supply and demand for all Hinge Health programs in order to minimize wait times for our applicants Capacity allocation: Ensure consistency in scaling our Coaching and Clinical teams via appropriate allocation or Coaching and PT resources on a day to day basis Workflows: Establish applicant management workflows and patient pathways for new programs Team: Build, develop and manage a high performing Delivery Operations team WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR Systems thinker: Highly analytical, able to break down a problem. Builds robust models / frameworks aimed at solving problems. Project Management: Able to manage multiple projects at once from discovery phase to execution within prescribed timelines, ensuring all success criteria are met Prioritization: Able to manage and execute on projects within prescribed timelines in an environment with competing demands Resilient & adaptable: Able to roll with the punches. Effective fire-fighter.
