Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARYDirector of Treatment role develops, implements and maintains general oversight of all treatment services, including assessments related to treatment needs, treatment plans, and treatment and intervention referrals. Execute all Treatment components of the AMIkids Personal Growth Model (PGM) and ensure compliance with all applicable Local, State and Federal regulatory requirements governing treatment services. Provide group, individual, family and crisis counseling services to youth and their families affiliated with the institute. Ensure Team Members are appropriately trained and certified. Primary objective is the realization of AMIkids mission to provide a safe and successful learning environment for troubled youth, while encouraging social and emotional development through the achievement of academic and personal goals.
