Title Instructional Designer SME LMS Digital Learning Location Pensacola, FL Open for 100 Remote option as well Duration 12 Months Rate Negotiable Job Description bull Project implementation experience with Moodle LMS or Totara LMS (or other LMS systems) for a large scale project ( 1000 students), preferably in the K12 space (as opposed to college or corporate) bull Understands specific challenges with digital learning delivery ndash content delivery, grading, interactions with teachers bull Strong communicator ndash must be able to work with executive stakeholders bull Experienced in incrementalagile delivery of projects ndash understands a ldquocrawl, walk, runrdquo approach vs big bang bull Strong technical skills in PHP, data integrationmigration from legacy systems to LMS, experienced in cloud deployments on AWS, Azure bull Understands the scalability and security challenges with a large digital community of 85,000 students bull Understands streaming video processes for course delivery bull Understands which metrics are important to capture to drive continuous improvement and innovation bull Can act as a Digital Learning Product Owner and create a roadmap. Understands trends in digital learning including mobile, crowd sourcing, content creation and delivery bull Ability to work with Manila and Kochi delivery teams to prototype and deliver the project
