We are looking for a passionate IT Support and Security Engineer to join our team. This person will be responsible for managing our cloud-based and remote IT infrastructure, supporting development and production operations, and establishing and implementing IT security policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have broad experience in a variety of technologies and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities Providing general IT and network support to Sage Management employees Documenting and implementing IT security policies and procedures Coordinating connectivity and data exchange between Sage and its clients and partners Creating and managing development, testing, and production environments Monitoring and improving daily operations Providing general IT support to Sage employees Requirements Demonstrated experience managing Windows and Linux environments Experience deploying network and system monitoring tools (e.g., nagios) Experience sizing, creating, and managing storage, network, and server instances at AWS Excellent troubleshooting skills Strong communication, organizational and time management skills Familiarity with SOC2 andor FedRAMP processes and controls a plus Ability to perform basic SQL queries a plus Education B.S. in Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent work experience
