Treasury Product Team Developer is to develop, maintain, and enhance all the financial applications in the Treasury Product portfolio. Previous experience on Mainframe required. EFTCredit Card Processing would be a plus. Additional experience is optional for the following Finance industry and knowledge including, but not limited to transmission, remittance processing, cashiering. The ideal candidate will work in an Agile lifecycle setting (Plan, Sprint, Ship, Repeat), participate in all the Sprint ceremonies, is self-motivated, an innovator, problem solver with strong analytical skills, good communicator (verbal and written), team player, collaborator, and is able to work under pressure at times in a fast-paced environment. The selected applicant will be proficient in COBOL for zOS, DB2, JCL, SQL, CICS, VSAM, Xpediter, IBM Utilities, ISPW, SAR, FileAid, Abend-Aid, as well as mainframe batch and online environments. Knowledge of BMC Control-M Workload Automation, BMC Remedy IT Service Management and Topaz Workbench would be nice to know. Ability to lead by example collaborating, delivering solutions, producing high-quality deliverables, resolving defects, providing support, and mentoring as needed, including on-call rotation. In addition, experience in DevOps capabilities would be a plus such as TDD, test automation, code refactoring, ATDD, BDD, CICD, pair programmingmobbing, Topaz Workbench for Total TestXA Tester, TFS, GitHub, and Jenkins. The IT organization is in transition, adopting the LeSS (Large-Scaled Scrum) framework. The mission of the selected candidate is to grow their technical and business knowledge across all systems and platforms which make-up the Treasury Product portfolio, for example, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) ACH and Credit Card Processing, Enterprise Integrated Cashiering (EIC), Banking (BNK), and Remittance Processing (ImageRPSNCR). Qualifications Computer Science or equivalent degree with 8 years of experience developing and maintaining software source code using industry standard SCM tools and has proven experience demonstrating the ability to write test, implement code to make it pass, and refactor the code so it’s clean. Also, must be humble, hungry and have people smarts. Treasury Primary function is to support remittance processing. Credit cards, Debit cards, etc. Primarily supported by Mainframe systems and applications. Strong background and experience with EFT processing (Electronic Funds Processing) and interacting with banks, financial institutions, and their systems.
