v This is Contract-to-Hire to begin immediately. v 2-3 years mortgage fulfillment experience required. v Strong Customer Service experience required. v Call Center experience a plus. v Must be local to Roseville, CA. v Interviews are immediate. Banking client seeks dynamic Customer Service professionals with Mortgage fulfillment experience to provide a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to mortgage loan customers throughout the origination process. This is a customer facing role and requires high energy and strong communications skills. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of originations through funding. The work will initially be done remotely and then move onsite once business has normalized. For this reason, only candidates local to the Roseville, CA area will be considered. Responsibilities · Act as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for mortgage applicants from processing through closing · Perform complex data and document validation, troubleshoot third part orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.), complete appraisal eligibility tasks, evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines, evaluate loan applications for regulatory compliance Job Requirements: Requirements · Minimum 2 years’ experience in a mortgage fulfillment role (loan administration, processing and/or junior underwriting preferred) · Must have strong knowledge of key mortgage documents and conventional origination basic requirements · Strong communication skills, particularly verbal, and very comfortable in customer facing role over the telephone · Knowledge of Fannie Mae AUS is preferred · Experience with Encompass is preferred
