As a Sr. Principal designer, you will be leading the customer-centric vision and detail design work for new experiences aimed at modernizing and improving online products and services for IT professionals. Working with both the business and technology groups, the role will focus on customer journey planning, interactive and visual design, and communication with development teams to drive best-in-class customer touchpoints. Role Responsibilities: Learn current customer needs and pain points to inspire new interactions with the business Leverage current design systems and usability resources to develop vision work and storytelling elements for stakeholders and reviewers Coordinate and drive vision with product management and development teams to deliver the best service and customer experience. Review and confirm final production quality Continuously evaluate and iterate on experiences based on user feedback and service performance Drive change through people, process and technology innovation Coordinate with various cross-functional program management offices Requirements: 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience in experience design and technology Previous experience as a design leader or driving strategic new experiences in digital spaces Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies, Cloud-based services (Azure, Google, AWS, PCF, etc.) Experience working in cross-functional teams and initiatives Accomplished in industry-standard visual design applications and prototyping tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, XD, Axure RP, Figma, Sketch, etc.).
