The Sr. Benefits Program Manager will develop and lead strategic programs in support of the US and Canada Benefits function at Twitter. This role will report to the Senior Director of Global Benefits and will be responsible for formulating strategy, benefits administration, project management and innovation in the benefits function. The ideal candidate will have 5 -8 years of experience in US benefits design, development, communications as well as benefits administration and vendor management. This role requires a manager with the ability to build positive team culture through thought-leadership and cross functional collaboration. You will work closely with our People team, key business stakeholders and external partners to build a strong, diverse, inclusive benefits brand. You will leverage strong project management and excellent communication skills to ensure that our benefits meet employee needs, are market competitive and provide the highest level of support In this role you will: Lead the design, development and implementation of Twitter’s North American Benefits programs, projects and processes. Collaborate closely with the Sr. Director Global Benefits, Head of Wellness and International Benefits Director and Global Benefits team to create a comprehensive strategy for the global benefits function, establishing clear goals and delivery plans. Achieve our financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; monitoring costs; analyzing variances. Analyze complex data to support benefit analysis and proposals. Design, own and deliver benefits projects from inception to completion Deep understanding of the external benefits market using data as a core driver of future benefit design. Partner with the international benefits team on projects and M&A activities. You will be an amazing communicator, and the primary benefits communications contact for key projects, developing email, US and Canadian Benefit presentations and internal web communications. You will work on key People strategic projects either leading and/or supporting, working with global stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications If this sounds like you, you probably have experience in the following: You have a BA/BS in a related area of study and 8 years of related work experience, preferably in the Benefits/Project Management field. Deep experience working with Benefit Brokers/Consultants, Workday, Benefits interfaces, US Benefit Vendors, Time Off Vendors and exposure to Canadian Benefits. Leading project-based work and managing interdependencies between various partners, using a consistent and clear project management framework. Track record of expert benefits data analysis and exceptional skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets. You have experience in Health and Welfare, Time Off, 401(k) and other US benefit programs. Experience in Canadian benefits and international Benefits is an added plus. Communicating effectively with cross-functional partners, including effective management of partner requests including prioritizing and delivering. Proven ability to work in a detailed, fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment with the versatility to manage multiple projects, priorities, and urgent issues successfully and simultaneously. A self-starting team player who is highly motivated, and able to shift directions quickly when priorities change and bring other teams along smoothly and effectively. Deep analytical expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and extremely comfortable designing presentations and communications. Has already delivered new processes that achieved greater efficiency in tools and workflows and working with key partners in order to close gaps. Excellent interpersonal and enterprise collaboration skills. You ask forward-thinking, big-picture questions to help come to the best solutions and you translate those big ideas into impactful implementation mapping for yourself and the teams and projects you lead.
