Our Client, a leader in the financial investment management industry, has an immediate need for a Business Systems Analyst. The position is located in Pittsburgh, PA (will be remote until September). It is a full time permanent position. Ideal candidates must have 5 years of experience as a systemsbusiness analyst and have worked onsupported the Charles River portfolio. Responsibilities Solves business problems by performing business analysis, preparing specifications andor designs, providing project management, and testing, as needed, for relevant business process modifications, applications, andor reporting enhancements Works closely and collaboratively with the business unit to define business requirements and provide consultative support as needed regarding applications and business processes Analyzes and specifies logical data models, work flows, wireframes andor other types of designs for relatively smaller systems or components of a larger system Prepares business and functional requirements documents and reviews functional system designs May assist in establishing functional standards and conventions for applications Initiates communication with technology staff and business unit staffmanagement as required to facilitate the most effective and efficient solution to a problem Qualifications Technical Skills Experience working onsupporting Charles River portfolio software – required Financial services or securities industry with knowledge of investment products- required SQL-required Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Science or equivalent work experience.
